        Google Play & GDPR Account Deletion Commitment: In compliance with Google Play Developer Policy and GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), users of the OBD Vault application can permanently delete their cloud account and all associated telemetry and diagnostic data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion (Step-by-Step)

Method 1: Directly inside the OBD Vault mobile app (Instant)

Open the OBD Vault app on your Android or iOS device.
Tap Settings (gear icon) ➔ Cloud & Account (or tap the Cloud Sync card directly from the main dashboard).
In the Connected Account card, tap the red Delete Account button.
A confirmation dialog will appear explaining the permanent erasure of cloud data. Tap Delete Account to confirm.
Your account, authorization tokens, vehicles, scans, and cloud telemetry are purged immediately from our production servers.

Method 2: Web / Email Request (If app is uninstalled)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, you can request account deletion via email:

Send an email from your registered account address to privacy@obd-vault.com or support@obd-vault.com.
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - OBD Vault.
Include your registered email address in the body of the message.
Our team will verify the request and complete the permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud data within 48 hours, followed by a written confirmation.
